Project Description
A flexible modular cost-optimized hydrogen supply infrastructure for industrial, automotive and commercial applications consisting of a scalable 350 bar high pressure electrolysis, an optional 700 bar compressor module and delivery modules for both pressure levels for different customer requirements will be developed. A fuel cell range extender vehicle (H2ELI) is being developed based on an existing battery electric vehicle for municipal use (ELI). The overall vehicle integration of the fuel cell range extender system will be performed after optimization and test operation on a novel existing fuel cell system integration test bench. During the final test operation, the technologies developed in the project will be validated individually and in interaction.
